Emma graduated from QUT in 2011. She is one of our friendly exercise physiologists running our Pilates studio sessions and classes and is also available for one on one exercise prescription.

Todd Snowden

Todd finished his Exercise Physiology degree in late 2013 and is a valuable member to Agility Physiotherapy and Pilates. Todd is extremely passionate about his work and has also completed training in Parkinsons Disease Exercise Therapy.

Occupational Therapist

Hannah graduated from Human Movement majoring in Exercise Science in 2008.

Hannah specialises in exercise prescription and has a keen interest rehabilitating sporting injuries after competing in national and state level in multiple sports. Hannah is keen to help you stay fit and active through clinical Pilates, no matter what stage of life you are at!

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Christian graduated QUT in 2015 as an accredited exercise physiologist. Before working at Agility Christian has become a published researcher specialising in sedentary behaviour reduction, and physical activity encouragement with activity trackers. Since working in the industry and completing a number of university practicum positions, he has developed a passion for lower back pain and its link with sedentary behaviour, cardiac rehabilitation with exercise, and amelioration of bone degeneration with progressive strength training. Christian is also available for EPC referrals.

Mitch graduated exercise physiology at QUT in 2016. Mitch loves being able to help people improve their own physical well-being through Pilates by being there to guide them through exercises, and to share what's helped him stay healthy. Mitch currently helps out the classes at Bulimba on Saturday mornings!

I have graduated with a Bachelor in Sport and Exercise Science Majoring in Clinical Exercise Physiology and recently completed a Graduate Certificate in Diabetic Education.

I’m a firm believer in helping clients to self manage their condition /injury and to live a healthier, happier life. I have a special interest in injury prevention, postural correction and lower back pain rehabilitation using Pilates and gym based therapies. I enjoy the group pilates and also offer one on one consults for pilates or home exercise programs.
