At Agility Physiotherapy and Pilates, we specialise in helping people stay strong, mobile, and confident as they age. Our Active Ageing Programs combine strength, flexibility, balance, and age-appropriate cardio — all guided by university-trained physiotherapists and exercise physiologists.
If crowded gyms, loud music, or pushy trainers don’t suit you, our supervised programs provide a safe, supportive, and enjoyable way to stay active.
Why Active Ageing Matters
Falls are a major health concern for older Australians — but they are not an inevitable part of getting older.
As Associate Professor Cathy Said (University of Melbourne, Western Health, and co-chair of the Victorian Falls Prevention Alliance) explains:
“There is really strong evidence that falls can be prevented. Australians are world leaders in this area.”

- Reduce falls risk
- Improve confidence in everyday movement
- Stay independent and active
