Sophie graduated from University of Queensland with Bachelor of Clinic Exercise Physiology.
Sophie worked as a Pilates instructor for reformer Pilates Classes through uni. She is now studying physiotherapy and working with us on Saturdays.
She loves to empower people through movement and help them become the strongest and healthiest versions of themselves.
