Trinity Cullan

Originally from Canada, Trinity is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who earned her Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Griffith University on the Gold Coast in 2023. She has experience working with a wide variety of clients, including individuals with neurological, metabolic, cardiovascular, and musculoskeletal conditions. Trinity also takes a personalized, evidence-based approach to exercise prescription, supporting clients to achieve their health and functional goals through targeted movement strategies in both 1-on-1 and group sessions.

Trinity is also certified in Kinetic Link Training and Matwork Pilates, which she incorporates to further enhance full-body strength, stability, and movement quality. She also offers hydrotherapy, using the benefits of water-based exercise to support rehabilitation, pain management, and mobility.

With a background in competitive soccer, a black belt in Karate, and more, Trinity has had a lifelong love of sport, Trinity also enjoys hiking/travelling and creating art in her spare time. She brings warmth, empathy, and a strong belief in the power of movement to every aspect of her practice.
